Lighthouse 1905 is a replica of an existing lighthouse in Port Hamilton. It was built by the Japanese military force one and a half decades after the evacuation of the British force. It was in service during the Russian-Japanese war to assist with the supply of war materials and ordnance. In this work, the rotating beam of light is a video projection of the seascape around Port Hamilton.

일본에 의해 제작된 거문도등대는 한국에서 두 번째로 오래된 등대로, 영국군의 거문도 철수 이후 1905년 러일전쟁 중 일본의 군수물자 운송을 위해 제작되었으며 여전히 거문도에 남아있다. 작업에서, 감시탑처럼 높이 세워진 구조물 위에 놓인 스케일 모델로 제작된 등대에는 거문도 주변 바다 및 거문도로 향하는 바다의 풍경 영상이 투사되는 프로젝터가 탑재되었고, 이는 반복 회전하며 20세기 초와 동일할 바닷길을 보여준다.
