As a companion piece to Every North Star Part I & II, the diagrams have been developed to visualize the rise and fall of the late female jockey Jin Hee Park and her favorite horse North Star, through the jockey’s 51-month race record and the horse’s 12-race record. Looking like tables of constellations at first glance, the diagrams resonate with the name of the horse, North Star.
